Protected Trust Deeds Q3 2011 Stats Released

Posted on Wednesday, 25 January 2012 in Statisitics and Legislative NewsThe Accountant in Bankruptcy have released their latest quarterly results and the official stats show that 2,049 Protected Trust Deeds have been recorded - a 2% drop from the same period at this same time last year.

The stats show all records of personal insolvency in Scotland but perhaps the most eye-catching statistic released is that the number of recorded Debt Arrangement Schemes have virtually doubled from 440 in Q3 2010/2011 to 878 in Q3 2011/2012.
