For Bankruptcy applications (Full Administration Sequestration in Scotland) it may cost you £150 to apply for this and you will pay the application fee of £150 to the Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB).
However, if you are in receipt of certain prescribed social security benefits (e.g. Universal Credits, Child or Working Tax Credits) or you are assessed as having no surplus income then there is no application fee payable.
Applying for the Minimal Asset Process route to Sequestration is completely free of charge.
