Why Reviews Matter When You’re Worried About Debt
Many people put off seeking debt advice because of embarrassment, fear of being judged or not knowing where to turn.
Reading about the experiences of others who have already taken that step can be reassuring. In our customer survey, 72% of people told us they read our Trustpilot reviews before seeking our advice, so honest feedback from real customers plays a big part in deciding who to trust.
Seeing that others have been in the same position and came out the other side helps people realise they are not alone and that help is available.
The Hidden Problem of Waiting Too Long
The most common thing we hear from customers is that they wish they had asked for help sooner. In fact, almost half of our customers wait a year before doing something about their debt.
